[1411] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is not accompanied by roots (na-sahetuka) and is not accompanied by conflict (na-saraṇa), a phenomenon accompanied by roots (sahetuka) that is without conflict (araṇa) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā). Dependent on a phenomenon that is not accompanied by roots and is not without conflict (na-araṇa), a phenomenon accompanied by roots that is accompanied by conflict (saraṇa) arises by root condition.
