[1224] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is not dissociated from roots (na-hetuvippayutta) and is not a root (na-hetu), a not-root (na-hetu) phenomenon dissociated from roots (hetuvippayutta) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
