[1267] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is not dissociated from taints (na-āsavavippayutta) and is not a root (na-hetu), a phenomenon dissociated from taints (āsavavippayutta) that is a root (hetu) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
