[1475] A phenomenon (dhamma) that is not surpassable (na-sa-uttara) and is not accompanied by conflict (na-saraṇa) is a condition (paccaya) for a surpassable (sa-uttara) phenomenon that is without conflict (araṇa) by object condition (ārammaṇa-paccaya). One.
