[1168] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is a taint (āsava) and is accompanied by conflict (saraṇa), a phenomenon that is not a taint (no-āsava) and is not accompanied by conflict (na-saraṇa) … a phenomenon that is not a taint and is not without conflict (na-araṇa) … a phenomenon that is not a taint and is not accompanied by conflict and a phenomenon that is not a taint and is not without conflict arise by root condition (hetupaccayā).
