[186] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is not fixed (na-niyata), a phenomenon that is not fixed arises by root condition (hetupaccayā): one. Dependent on a phenomenon that is not not-fixed (na-aniyata), a phenomenon that is not not-fixed arises by root condition: three. Dependent on a phenomenon that is not fixed and a phenomenon that is not not-fixed, a phenomenon that is not not-fixed arises by root condition: one.
