[249] Dependent on a not-indeterminate (na-abyākata) phenomenon (dhamma) not accompanied by roots (na-sahetuka), a not-indeterminate phenomenon that is not rootless (na-ahetuka) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā): one. Dependent on a not-indeterminate phenomenon that is not rootless, a not-indeterminate phenomenon that is not rootless arises by root condition: one. Dependent on a not-indeterminate phenomenon not accompanied by roots and a not-indeterminate phenomenon that is not rootless, a not-indeterminate phenomenon that is not rootless arises by root condition: one.
