[269] Dependent on a not-indeterminate (na-abyākata) phenomenon (dhamma) that is not accompanied by conflict (na-saraṇa), a not-indeterminate phenomenon not accompanied by conflict arises by root condition (hetupaccayā). Dependent on a not-indeterminate phenomenon that is not without conflict (na-araṇa), a not-indeterminate phenomenon not without conflict arises by root condition.
