[255] Dependent on a not-indeterminate (na-abyākata) phenomenon (dhamma) that is not both-a-root-and-rootless (na-hetuñceva-na-ahetukañca), a not-indeterminate phenomenon that is not both-a-root-and-rootless arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
