[918] Dependent on a not-root (na-hetu) phenomenon (dhamma) that is a not-root accompanied by roots (nahetu sahetuka), a not-root (na-hetu) phenomenon that is a not-root not accompanied by roots (na-hetu na-sahetuka) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
