[1371] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is not a root (na-hetu) and is not both-a-root-and-rootless (na-hetuñceva-na-ahetukañca), a root (hetu) phenomenon that is both a root and accompanied by roots (hetuñceva-sahetukañca) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
