[920] Dependent on a not-root (na-hetu) phenomenon (dhamma) that is a not-root and rootless (nahetu ahetuka), a not-root (na-hetu) phenomenon that is a not-root that is not rootless (na-hetu na-ahetuka) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
