[1257] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is not not-cognizable-by-some (na-kenacinaviññeyya) and is not a root (na-hetu), a phenomenon not cognizable by some [consciousness] (kenacinaviññeyya) that is a root (hetu) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
