[942] Dependent on a root (hetu) phenomenon (dhamma) not cognizable by some [consciousness] (kenacinaviññeyya), a not-root (na-hetu) phenomenon that is not not-cognizable by some [consciousness] (na-kenacinaviññeyya) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
