[1030] Dependent on a not-root (na-hetu) phenomenon (dhamma) without conflict (araṇa), a phenomenon that is not a not-root (na-nahetu) and is not without conflict (na-araṇa) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā). Dependent on a not-root phenomenon without conflict, a not-root phenomenon that is not without conflict and a phenomenon that is not a not-root and is not without conflict arise by root condition.
