[1364] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is not without conflict (na-araṇa) and is not a root (na-hetu), a phenomenon without conflict (araṇa) that is a not-root (na-hetu) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā). Dependent on a phenomenon that is not without conflict and is not a not-root (na-nahetu), a phenomenon without conflict that is a not-root arises by root condition. Dependent on a phenomenon that is not without conflict and is not a root, and a phenomenon that is not without conflict and is not a not-root, a phenomenon without conflict that is a not-root arises by root condition.
