[484] Dependent on a not-root (na-hetu) phenomenon (dhamma) that is not without conflict (na-araṇa) and a phenomenon that is not a not-root (na-nahetu) and is not without conflict, a not-root phenomenon that is not without conflict arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
