[483] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is not a not-root (na-nahetu) and is not without conflict (na-araṇa), a phenomenon that is not a not-root and is not without conflict arises by root condition (hetupaccayā). Dependent on a phenomenon that is not a not-root and is not without conflict, a not-root (na-hetu) phenomenon that is not without conflict arises by root condition. Dependent on a phenomenon that is not a not-root and is not without conflict, a not-root phenomenon that is not without conflict and a phenomenon that is not a not-root and is not without conflict arise by root condition.
