[307] Dependent on a not-root (na-hetu) phenomenon (dhamma) not associated with pleasant feeling (na-sukhāya vedanāya sampayutta), a not-root phenomenon not associated with pleasant feeling arises by root condition (hetupaccayā). Dependent on a not-root phenomenon not associated with pleasant feeling, a not-root phenomenon not associated with painful feeling (na-dukkhāya vedanāya sampayutta) arises by root condition. Dependent on a not-root phenomenon not associated with pleasant feeling, a not-root phenomenon not associated with neither-painful-nor-pleasant feeling (na-adukkhamasukhāya vedanāya sampayutta) arises by root condition. Dependent on a not-root phenomenon not associated with painful feeling, a not-root phenomenon not associated with painful feeling arises by root condition.
