[351] Dependent on a not-wholesome (na-kusala) phenomenon (dhamma) not associated with pleasant feeling (na-sukhāya vedanāya sampayutta) and a not-unwholesome (na-akusala) phenomenon not associated with pleasant feeling, a not-wholesome phenomenon not associated with pleasant feeling arises by root condition (hetupaccayā). Dependent on a not-wholesome phenomenon not associated with pleasant feeling and a not-unwholesome phenomenon not associated with pleasant feeling, a not-unwholesome phenomenon not associated with pleasant feeling arises by root condition. Dependent on a not-wholesome phenomenon not associated with pleasant feeling and a not-unwholesome phenomenon not associated with pleasant feeling, a not-wholesome phenomenon not associated with pleasant feeling and a not-unwholesome phenomenon not associated with pleasant feeling arise by root condition: three.
