[361] Dependent on a not-wholesome (na-kusala) phenomenon (dhamma) that is not neither-result-nor-productive-of-results (na-nevavipākanavipākadhammadhamma), a not-wholesome phenomenon that is not neither-result-nor-productive-of-results arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
