[734] Dependent on an indeterminate (abyākata) phenomenon (dhamma) that is neither-result-nor-productive-of-results (nevavipākanavipākadhammadhamma), a not-wholesome (na-kusala) phenomenon that is not neither-result-nor-productive-of-results (na-nevavipākanavipākadhammadhamma) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā). Dependent on an indeterminate phenomenon that is neither-result-nor-productive-of-results, a not-unwholesome (na-akusala) phenomenon that is not neither-result-nor-productive-of-results arises by root condition. Dependent on an indeterminate phenomenon that is neither-result-nor-productive-of-results, a not-wholesome phenomenon that is not neither-result-nor-productive-of-results and a not-unwholesome phenomenon that is not neither-result-nor-productive-of-results arise by root condition.
