[389] Dependent on a not-wholesome (na-kusala) phenomenon (dhamma) that is not invisible and non-impinging (na-anidassana-appaṭigha), a not-wholesome phenomenon that is not invisible and non-impinging arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
