[534] Dependent on a not-root (na-hetu) phenomenon (dhamma) that has an internal object (ajjhattārammaṇa), a phenomenon that is not a not-root (na-nahetu) and does not have an external object (na-bahiddhārammaṇa) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
