[826] Dependent on a wholesome (kusala) phenomenon (dhamma) that has an internal object (ajjhattārammaṇa), a not-wholesome (na-kusala) phenomenon that does not have an internal object (na-ajjhattārammaṇa) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
