[794] Dependent on a wholesome (kusala) phenomenon (dhamma) with an exalted object (mahaggatārammaṇa), a not-wholesome (na-kusala) phenomenon that is not with an exalted object (na-mahaggatārammaṇa) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
