[806] Dependent on a wholesome (kusala) phenomenon (dhamma) that is fixed in rightness (sammattaniyata), a not-wholesome (na-kusala) phenomenon that is not fixed in rightness (na-sammattaniyata) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
