[796] Dependent on a wholesome (kusala) phenomenon (dhamma) with a measureless object (appamāṇārammaṇa), a not-wholesome (na-kusala) phenomenon that is not with a measureless object (na-appamāṇārammaṇa) arises by root condition (hetupaccayā).
