[92] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is not a fetter (no-saññojana), a phenomenon that is not a fetter arises by root condition (hetupaccayā). Dependent on a phenomenon that is not a fetter, a phenomenon that is not a not-fetter (na-no-saññojana) arises by root condition. Dependent on a phenomenon that is not a fetter, a phenomenon that is not a fetter and a phenomenon that is not a not-fetter arise by root condition. Dependent on a phenomenon that is not a not-fetter, a phenomenon that is not a not-fetter arises by root condition. Dependent on a phenomenon that is not a not-fetter, a phenomenon that is not a fetter arises by root condition. Dependent on a phenomenon that is not a not-fetter, a phenomenon that is not a fetter and a phenomenon that is not a not-fetter arise by root condition. Dependent on a phenomenon that is not a fetter and a phenomenon that is not a not-fetter, a phenomenon that is not a fetter arises by root condition. Dependent on a phenomenon that is not a fetter and a phenomenon that is not a not-fetter, a phenomenon that is not a not-fetter arises by root condition.
