[106] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is not favorable to knots (na-ganthaniya), a phenomenon that is not favorable to knots arises by root condition (hetupaccayā). Dependent on a phenomenon that is not favorable to knots, a phenomenon that is not unfavorable to knots (na-aganthaniya) arises by root condition. Dependent on a phenomenon that is not favorable to knots, a phenomenon that is not favorable to knots and a phenomenon that is not unfavorable to knots arise by root condition.
