[94] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is not favorable to fetters (na-saññojaniya), a phenomenon that is not favorable to fetters arises by root condition (hetupaccayā). Dependent on a phenomenon that is not favorable to fetters, a phenomenon that is not unfavorable to fetters (na-asaññojaniya) arises by root condition. Dependent on a phenomenon that is not favorable to fetters, a phenomenon that is not favorable to fetters and a phenomenon that is not unfavorable to fetters arise by root condition. Dependent on a phenomenon that is not unfavorable to fetters, a phenomenon that is not unfavorable to fetters arises by root condition. Dependent on a phenomenon that is not favorable to fetters and a phenomenon that is not unfavorable to fetters, a phenomenon that is not unfavorable to fetters arises by root condition.
