[155] Then the Blessed One, having expressed his appreciation to Visākhā, Migāra's mother, with these verses, rose from his seat and departed. Then the Blessed One, having given a talk on the Dhamma with reference to that occasion, with reference to that incident, addressed the bhikkhus: "Bhikkhus, I allow a rains-bathing cloth (vassikasāṭikā), food for incoming bhikkhus (āgantukabhatta), food for departing bhikkhus (gamikabhatta), food for the sick (gilānabhatta), food for those who nurse the sick (gilānupaṭṭhākabhatta), medicine for the sick (gilānabhesajja), a constant supply of rice-gruel (dhuvayāgu), and, for the Bhikkhunī Saṅgha, a water-bathing cloth (udakasāṭikā)." The Visākhā Recitation Section (Visākhābhāṇavāra) is finished. [3]
