[161] Bhikkhus, when the Saṅgha so desires, it may carry out an act of reconciliation (paṭisāraṇīyakamma) against five kinds of bhikkhus: one who strives for the loss of gains of householders; one who strives for the harm of householders; one who strives so that householders may have no place of residence; one who abuses and reviles householders; one who causes householders to break with householders.
Bhikkhus, when the Saṅgha so desires, it may carry out an act of reconciliation against these five kinds of bhikkhus.
