[218] Bhikkhus, when a bhikkhu possesses five further factors, the act of suspension (ukkhepanīyakamma) for not seeing an offence (āpatti) should be revoked: he does not consent to bowing (abhivādana), to rising up in greeting, to the gesture of reverence (añjalikamma), to acts of proper deference (sāmīcikamma), or to the offering of a seat from a regular bhikkhu (pakatatta). Bhikkhus, when a bhikkhu possesses these five factors, the act of suspension for not seeing an offence should be revoked.
