[219] Bhikkhus, when a bhikkhu possesses five further factors, the act of suspension (ukkhepanīyakamma) for not seeing an offense (āpatti) should be revoked: he does not consent to a regular bhikkhu (pakatatta) bringing him a bed, to water for the feet, a foot-stool, or a foot-wiper, to the receiving of his bowl and robe, or to the rubbing of his back when bathing. Bhikkhus, when a bhikkhu possesses these five factors, the act of suspension for not seeing an offense should be revoked.
