[209] Bhikkhus, when a bhikkhu possesses five further factors, the act of suspension (ukkhepanīyakamma) for not seeing an offense (āpatti) should not be revoked: he commits that very offense on account of which the Saṅgha carried out the act of suspension for not seeing an offense; or he commits another offense of the same kind, or one more depraved than that; he criticizes the act; he criticizes those who carried out the act. Bhikkhus, when a bhikkhu possesses these five factors, the act of suspension for not seeing an offense should not be revoked.
