[222] Bhikkhus, when a bhikkhu is possessed of five further factors, the act of suspension (ukkhepanīyakamma) for not seeing an offense (āpatti) should be revoked:
he does not dwell in a residence (āvāsa) under the same roof together with a regular bhikkhu (pakatatta);
he does not dwell in a non-residence under the same roof;
he does not dwell under the same roof, whether in a residence or in a non-residence;
on seeing a regular bhikkhu, he rises from his seat;
he does not affront a regular bhikkhu, whether inside or outside.
Bhikkhus, when a bhikkhu is possessed of these five factors, the act of suspension for not seeing an offense should be revoked.
