[265] Also, [a bhikkhu] possessed of five other [factors] … : he dwells together with a regular bhikkhu (pakatatta) under the same roof in a residence (āvāsa); he dwells under the same roof in a non-residence (anāvāsa); he dwells under the same roof in a residence or a non-residence; on seeing a regular bhikkhu, he does not rise from his seat; he offends against (āsādeti) a regular bhikkhu, whether inside or outside. Bhikkhus, when a bhikkhu is possessed of these five factors, the act of suspension (ukkhepanīyakamma) for not making amends for an offense (āpatti) should not be revoked.
