[214] Bhikkhus, when a bhikkhu possesses five further factors, the act of suspension (ukkhepanīyakamma) for not seeing an offence should not be revoked: he dwells under the same roof in a residence (āvāsa) together with a regular bhikkhu (pakatatta); he dwells under the same roof in a non-residence (anāvāsa) together with a regular bhikkhu; he dwells under the same roof in a residence or a non-residence together with a regular bhikkhu; on seeing a regular bhikkhu, he does not rise from his seat; he assails a regular bhikkhu, whether inside or outside. Bhikkhus, when a bhikkhu possesses these five factors, the act of suspension for not seeing an offence should not be revoked.
