Ukakhepanīyakaṁṭhānamahenaābat

[213] Bhikkhus, when a bhikkhu is possessed of five further factors, the act of suspension (ukkhepanīyakamma) for not recognizing an offense (āpatti) should not be revoked: 1. He wears the emblem of a householder; 2. He wears the emblem of members of other sects (titthiya); 3. He associates with members of other sects; 4. He does not associate with bhikkhus; 5. He does not train in the training (sikkhā) of the bhikkhus. Bhikkhus, when a bhikkhu is possessed of these five factors, the act of suspension for not recognizing an offense should not be revoked.
