[212] "Bhikkhus, when a bhikkhu possesses five further factors, the act of suspension (ukkhepanīyakamma) for not seeing an offense (āpatti) should not be revoked: he charges a bhikkhu of regular standing (pakatatta) with failure in virtue (sīlavipatti); he charges him with failure in conduct (ācāravipatti); he charges him with failure in view (diṭṭhivipatti); he charges him with failure in livelihood (ājīvavipatti); he divides bhikkhus from bhikkhus. Bhikkhus, when a bhikkhu possesses these five factors, the act of suspension for not seeing an offense should not be revoked."
