[211] Bhikkhus, when a bhikkhu possesses five further factors, the act of suspension (ukkhepanīyakamma) for not seeing an offense (āpatti) should not be revoked: he consents to a regular bhikkhu in good standing (pakatatta) bringing him a bed, [bringing him] water for the feet, [setting out] a footstool, [setting out] a foot-wiper, receiving his bowl and robe, and rubbing his back when he bathes. Bhikkhus, when a bhikkhu possesses these five factors, the act of suspension for not seeing an offense should not be revoked.
