[273] Also when he possesses five further factors … : he does not dwell under the same roof in a dwelling (āvāsa) together with a regular (pakatatta) bhikkhu; he does not dwell under the same roof in a non-dwelling (anāvāsa); he does not dwell under the same roof in a dwelling or in a non-dwelling; on seeing a regular bhikkhu he rises from his seat; he does not affront a regular bhikkhu, whether inside or outside. Bhikkhus, when a bhikkhu possesses these five factors, the act of suspension (ukkhepanīyakamma) for not making amends for an offense should be revoked.
