[316] Bhikkhus, when a bhikkhu possesses five further factors, the act of suspension (ukkhepanīyakamma) for not relinquishing an evil view (pāpikā diṭṭhi) should be revoked: he does not commit that offence (āpatti) on account of which the act of suspension for not relinquishing an evil view was carried out by the Saṅgha; he does not commit another offence of a similar kind, nor one worse than that; he does not criticize the act; and he does not criticize those who carried out the act. Bhikkhus, when a bhikkhu possesses these five factors, the act of suspension for not relinquishing an evil view should be revoked.
