[315] Bhikkhus, when a bhikkhu possesses five factors, the act of suspension (ukkhepanīyakamma) imposed for not relinquishing an evil view (diṭṭhi) should be revoked: he does not confer full ordination (upasampadā); he does not give dependence (nissaya); he does not have a novice (sāmaṇera) attend upon him; he does not consent to the agreement (sammuti) to be an exhorter of bhikkhunīs; and even when agreed upon, he does not exhort the bhikkhunīs. Bhikkhus, when a bhikkhu possesses these five factors, the act of suspension imposed for not relinquishing an evil view should be revoked.
