[208] "Bhikkhus, for a bhikkhu possessed of five factors, the act of suspension (ukkhepanīyakamma) for not seeing an offense (āpatti) should not be revoked: he gives full ordination (upasampadā); he gives dependence (nissaya); he has a novice (sāmaṇera) attend upon him; he accepts the agreement to be an instructor of bhikkhunīs; and even when so agreed upon, he instructs bhikkhunīs. Bhikkhus, for a bhikkhu possessed of these five factors, the act of suspension for not seeing an offense should not be revoked."
