Paṭisāraṇīyakaṁ

[170] Bhikkhus, when a bhikkhu possesses five factors, the act of reconciliation (paṭisāraṇīyakamma) should be revoked: 1. He does not give the higher ordination (upasampadā); 2. He does not give dependence (nissaya); 3. He does not have a novice (sāmaṇera) attend upon him; 4. He does not consent to the appointment as instructor of bhikkhunīs; 5. Even when so appointed, he does not instruct the bhikkhunīs. Bhikkhus, when a bhikkhu possesses these five factors, the act of reconciliation should be revoked.
