[221] Bhikkhus, when a bhikkhu possesses five further factors, the act of suspension (ukkhepanīyakamma) imposed for not seeing an offense (āpatti) should be revoked: he does not wear the emblem of a householder; he does not wear the emblem of sectarians (titthiya); he does not associate with sectarians; he associates with bhikkhus; he trains in the training of bhikkhus. Bhikkhus, when a bhikkhu possesses these five factors, the act of suspension imposed for not seeing an offense should be revoked.
