Pabbājanīyakaṁ

[126] Bhikkhus, when a bhikkhu possesses five further factors, the act of banishment (pabbājanīyakamma) should be revoked (paṭippassambhetabbaṃ): 1. He does not commit the offense (āpatti) for which the act of banishment was carried out by the Saṅgha; 2. nor any other offense of the same kind; 3. nor one still worse than that; 4. he does not criticize the act; 5. he does not criticize those who carried out the act. Bhikkhus, when a bhikkhu possesses these five factors, the act of banishment should be revoked. Section 3
