[40] Bhikkhus, when a bhikkhu possesses five further factors, the act of censure (tajjanīyakamma) should be revoked: he does not fall into the offense (āpatti) on account of which the Saṅgha performed the act of censure, nor into another of a similar kind, nor into one worse than that; he does not disparage the act; he does not disparage those who carried out the act. Bhikkhus, when a bhikkhu possesses these five factors, the act of censure should be revoked.
